Answer:

Times are changing and people often are not able to go with the flow - but on the MGR, there is a certain flow to the movement. There are no black and white seats (horses) to choose from on the MGR. There are plenty of horses for everyone to have a turn. You might even get to sit next to someone new!

Explanation:

There is no front or back to the MGR. It is a continuous circle moving and has no segregation to do with it at all. Maybe the problems would arise out of people not being able to make a choice of where to sit out of fear or out of prior knowledge of everyone not being invited. Now, the playing field is even. A horse for each person. No front. No backseat. Anyone can live free on the MGR.

In The Call of the Wild Pikes insubordination in shirking his duties precipitated discipline comes Spitz what does this mean
kramer
"insubordination in shirking his duties precipitated discipline comes Spitz"

Huh..a lot of big words. Well, I know that "insubordination" means someone lower then the person at the top is disobeying said order. So, e.g a frycook at McDonalds refuses to make his boss a Big Mac. "Shirking" means to avoid or get out of doing something, normally. So "shirking his duties" sounds like as if he got out of doing his work or he avoided doing something he's supposed to do. And "precipitated discipline" sounds like Spitz, the character in this sentence seems to mean that he decided to own up to himself and started to build up discipline, becoming an inversion of himself. I hope this helped!
