The federalists presented that they want the u.s constitution as it is and wants to divide up power between the branches of government so that we are all equal and nobody has too much power.

the anti-federalists presentes that they want to change the constitution by wanting the legislative branch to haved more power and that the bill of rights to be added to the constitution becasue they feared that too much power would make a king or tyrant.
