- Reduction of ozone layer is called ozone depletion. It causes the UV rays to enter our atmosphere and causes skin cancers or other types of cancers.
- Four kinds of pollutions are - air pollution, water pollution, sound pollution, land pollution.
- Smoke and industrial effluents released by factories. Burning and improper disposal of plastic waste.
- Release of industrial effluents and chemicals into water. And release of solid waste like ashes into water.
- Industrial machineries cause a lot of unpleasent noise. Fireworks and speaker during festivals also cause noise pollution.
