Equality in the workplace

Equality in the workplace means equal job opportunities and fairness for employees and job applicants. The term "equal opportunities" is a broadly used phrase which promotes the idea that everyone within an organization should have an equal chance to apply and be selected for posts, to be trained and/or promoted and to have their employment terminated equally and fairly. Embracing diversity and providing equality goes a long way in promoting a work culture which values talent beyond stereotypes and helps people reach their potential by contributing their best beyond any prejudice. Moreover, an inclusive workplace fosters better productivity and efficiency....
