The word "ingenuity" refers to a quality of people. It is similar to the concepts of cleverness, inventiveness and resourcesfulness. On the other hand, while "productivity" also refers to a human quality, it refers to the degree to which a person (or a company) can produce things efficiently. A sentence that uses both of these words could be:
<em>"Although </em><em>ingenuity</em><em> can lead to creative outcomes, it is not always conducive to </em><em>productivity</em><em>."</em>
