The constitution of the United States of America created a strong National and Federal Government because of the authority it had. The people who wrote the constitution had very high standing and people trusted them which made their work reliable. The constitution laid out the whole foundation for the nation (hey, that rhymed). It set rules, boundaries and helped guide people. They trusted their leaders who told them that the constitution was important.
