It could be that conditions or disease's in your enviorment make you more susceptible because you are constantly in that enviorment so it makes you more of a target to new disease's that may occour
I would honestly say greens and fruits and to try to stay away from grease because grease can make you fell gross. Like fresh veggies, fruits, fish and chicken are always good and green tea and water.
