Answer:

Multiple relationships are present.

Explanation:

There are multiple relationships present in every ecosystem such as predation, commensalism, parasitism, and mutualism because every organism depends on other organism for survival. Some organisms feeds on another organisms by killing it, this type of relationship is known as predation . In commensalism, one organism gets benefit while the other get neither benefit nor harm. In parasitism, one organisms get benefits while the other get harm whereas in mutualism, both the organism gets benefits.

Use the information to calculate birth rate, death rate and population densities
serg [7]

The birth rate is 4.8%, the death rate is 4% and the population density is 50 people per km²

Population density

Population density is the concentration of individuals within a species in a specific geographic locale.

1) Birth rate = Births / population = 12000/250000 = 0.048 = 4.8%

2) Death rate = Death / population = 10000/250000 = 0.04 = 4%

3) Population density = Population / area = 250000 / 5000 km² = 50 people per km²

The birth rate is 4.8%, the death rate is 4% and the population density is 50 people per km²

The birth rate is 4.8%, the death rate is 4% and the population density is 50 people per km²

Explain how planning can reduce the effects of natural hazards in urban areas.
salantis [7]

Answer:

Awareness, education, preparedness, and prediction and warning systems can reduce the disruptive impacts of a natural disaster on communities. Mitigation measures such as adoption of zoning, land-use practices, and building codes are needed, however, to prevent or reduce actual damage from hazards.
