La Acentuación Diacrítica: Es aquella que sirve para distinguir o diferenciar la función morfológica que desempeñan algunas palabras homónimas (palabras que tienen la misma forma y distinto significado). Esta acentuación tiene varias reglas, según las siguientes palabras:

EL, MI, TU, SI, SE, TE, DE, MAS, O, AUN, SOLO, VE, ESTE, ESE, AQUEL y PORQUE.

La palabra “EL”, se atilda cuando es pronombre de la tercera persona en singular: No lleva tilde cuando es artículo. Ejemplo: Él dibuja un cuadro. Trabajo pan para el niño.
