Tipu lived through 20 November 1750 to 4 may 1799. He was commonly referred to as the tiger of Mysore.
Tipu ruled the kingdom of Mysore. He was one of the pioneers of rocket artillery.
He stood as a symbol against british rule in India. He knew that the British posed great danger to his country India. He fought up to 4 wars against them. He fought against the advancements of British forces and the advancements of their allies. He won great victories in the anglo-mysore war against the Britain.
The colonists got mad at Britain, and the King was mad because he saw the fact Britain was in debt as the colonists fault, so he thought it was fair to tax them.
