The order of the events is the following:

2) Macbeth's arrangement of a banquet to celebrate becoming a king - It is in the very beginning of Act 3, Scene 4

5) Macbeth goes to the cave to consult with the witches - It takes place in Act 4, Scene 1

3) In the end of Act 4, Scene 1 Macbeth decides that he must kill Macduff and his family. In the next scene assassins murder his wife and children.

Last two events are depicted in Act 5, Scene 8. The remaining order is:

4) Macduff encounters Macbeth in battle.

1) Malcolm becomes the king of Scotland.
