I believe there are three indigenous groups in Nicaragua, and those are the Rama, Mayagna, and Miskitu peoples. I would say that the largest one among them is the Miskitu group. Currently, they are located in the area between the autonomous region of North Caribbean Coast and the border with Honduras.
