No, there are many places where you can find great oil preserve. However, that doesn’t mean poverty doesn’t exist. Poverty is everywhere. Saudi Arabia has one of the largest oil preserves in the world however the people there still struggle. Not everyone there has water, food, or money that they can use to help them survive.
