Answer:

she has most of the brain cells she is ever going to have

Explanation:

It should be understood that the babies are born with all the brain cells (aka neurons) they’ll ever have, that is about 100 billion of them. But during the first year, those neurons will be connecting with one another double-time, creating trillions of synapses, which are the basis for the child’s understanding of the world.

And as said earlier that, a newborn baby has all of the brain cells (neurons) they’ll have for the rest of their life, but it’s the connections between these cells that really make the brain work.

It should be noted that the brain connections enable us to move, think, communicate and do just about everything. Therefore, the early childhood years are crucial for making these connections.

In this case, although Kallen has most of the brain cells she is ever vgoing to have as a newborn , she will still continue to make the connections of these cells to make the brain work.

Answer:

She has most of the brain cells she is ever going to have.

Explanation:

As Kallen is a healthy, normal newborn, we know that she has most of the brain cells that she is ever going to have. We know this based on the evidence that researchers have found when studying newborns. In order for a newborn baby to have a fully developed, healthy brain, certain precautions are necessary. For example, it is important that mothers do not drink or smoke during pregnancy, eat healthy food and take enough folic acid.

Explanation:

In 1990, the United Nations introduced the Human Development Index (HDI), establishing three new criteria, in addition to the gross domestic product, for measuring the level of advancement in a country: life expectancy, education, and living standards. The Human Development Index is a ranking system for ranking the development of a nation based on human development. This index is calculated based on the standard of living of the citizens of the country, their educational level and their life expectancy. a country with a higher score in these three areas is regarded as more advanced. Currently, Norway ranks number 1 on the index.
