Answer:

she has most of the brain cells she is ever going to have

Explanation:

It should be understood that the babies are born with all the brain cells (aka neurons) they’ll ever have, that is about 100 billion of them. But during the first year, those neurons will be connecting with one another double-time, creating trillions of synapses, which are the basis for the child’s understanding of the world.

And as said earlier that,  a newborn baby has all of the brain cells (neurons) they’ll have for the rest of their life, but it’s the connections between these cells that really make the brain work.

It should be noted that the brain connections enable us to move, think, communicate and do just about everything. Therefore, the early childhood years are crucial for making these connections.

In this case, although Kallen has most of the brain cells she is ever vgoing to have as a newborn , she will still continue to make the connections of these cells to make the brain work.

Answer:

She has most of the brain cells she is ever going to have.

Explanation:

As Kallen is a healthy, normal newborn, we know that she has most of the brain cells that she is ever going to have. We know this based on the evidence that researchers have found when studying newborns. In order for a newborn baby to have a fully developed, healthy brain, certain precautions are necessary. For example, it is important that mothers do not drink or smoke during pregnancy, eat healthy food and take enough folic acid.

"Preconventional" stage of moral development best describes mark.

As the first stage in moral development, preconventional morality is basically the way to deal with good and bad taken by kids. Youngsters regularly settle on moral choices in light of how it will affect them. When they use sound judgment, or don't settle on awful choices, it is less about standards or qualities and more about some kind of fortification they get. In preconventional morality, the attention is on singular results in deciding good and bad. As per Kohlberg, there are two phases of preconventional morality.
