Please, drinking and driving are so dangerous I won't let you hurt yourself. Every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes. If I lose you who will I have, I love you, and that's why we need to get you some help. There are people, counslers, that will help you with your drinking problem and you can trust them.

Mom, I know that I have not been the greatest with respect and coming home on time, but this is a really big party. Everybody´s going- but that´s besides the  point. Look. This is a chance for me- and for you! I have not really been socializing, and you´ve been encouraging me to! This is my chance the redeem myself. To show you that the girl that I have been acting like lately, can´t be your daughter! And, if I disobey whatever rules you set for me once I go, then you can ground me!
