Sexual attitudes comprise ideas, beliefs, and feelings about sexuality. This includes aspects of this including sexual orientation, sexual practices, roles of women vs men, among others. In the case of the U.S., sexual attitudes are mainly conservative in comparison to other Western Societies. This is because in the U.S. many people have traditional perspectives and due to this many oppose homosexuality, pre-marital sex, and still believe women should be mainly wives and mothers, among other traditional perspectives.
