Help asap 40 points for the correct answer<br> How was the military buildup during the cold war?
zloy xaker [14]
Well first off, both the USA and Russia were in a “race to the moon” and required a lot of infrastructure revitalization as well as a technological revolution. Both militaries used missiles and rockets as a result of this. A very important event that contributed to the US‘’s military buildup was the Cuban Missile Crisis, which forced Americans to essentially “upgrade” all artillery and intelligence programs in order to stay one step ahead of the USSR.
