The State of the Union Address (now and again contracted to SOTU) is a yearly message conveyed by the President of the United States to a joint session of the United States Congress toward the start of each schedule year in office.
The message regularly incorporates a spending message and a financial report of the country, and furthermore enables the President to propose an administrative motivation and national needs.
The location satisfies the prerequisite in Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution for the President to occasionally "provide for the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and prescribe to their Consideration such measures as he will pass judgment on important and convenient."
One method,if my understanding is correct, is to attack by surpirse or to kill as many people as possible.
By doing that, the killing of numerous/millions of people, usually end on on planes, buildings... That type of stuff.
They usually do bombing of large areas.

Many of the sacred stories in local religions explain the creation people, animals, and plant life. Why would religions feature such stories? They feature stories like that because to them that is how they started. They believe the Great Spirit created all things.
