Although most of the story takes place at sea I do believe it was near Havana, Cuba. So I think it would be false because it it not exactly "in" Cuba. Evaluation, meaning to judge or determine significance, worth, or quality of something so I would say it deals with worth.
Charles Ives was not a composer of art songs but many other things in music.
