Hi! I know at first it may be difficult but a tip I have is to meditate first. Get your mind in a space of peace then try out your manifestation. I recommend the 3,6,9 method for beginners because it is the most easy method to grasp and from what I’ve seen it works! Just remember you have to keep trying. It may not work the first time/ first day you try it. These things take time. Make sure to remind yourself that it will happen. Don’t say things like “I have a feeling it’s not going to work” “I don’t think it’s going to work for me”. You need to be positive because when you put out bad energy it won’t work. Good luck!
