Answer:

The Church responded to the reformation with a Counter-Reformation. Pope Paull II called the Council of Trent and for the next 18 years, they had several meetings that then preceded to evolve into what we call modern Catholicism. Then from the Council of Trent came the Jesuits. Jesuits felt it was their responsibility to spread the teachings of Catholicism so they would go with explorers to spread their beliefs.

POSITIVE: Qin Shi Huangdi changed this by making a common writing. This made it easier for the people in new China to communicate among each other. He constructed many roads and canals throughout the country which made trading and travelling easier. NEGATIVE: He wanted the history of China to start from the China he created so he burnt books. If the scholars didn't bring him the books they would be executed. He ordered hundreds and thousands of people to the Northern part of China to start building the Great Wall.
