He could like you and some people show they like you by physical contact or even messing with you. However, if you are uncomfortable with this you should tell him but there could be some consequences to that. Ask your friend (their sister) about it and they should be able to give you insight. it’s all up to you though

Calotype, also called talbotype, early photographic technique invented by William Henry Fox Talbot of Great Britain in the 1830s. In this technique, a sheet of paper coated with silver chloride was exposed to light in a camera obscura; those areas hit by light became dark in tone, yielding a negative image.
