There would be no seasons as it is the tilt of the earths axis that causes the varying amounts of sunlight and temperatures. there would, however be some variation in temperature as the earths orbit is elliptical and so there would still be times of being closer to or further away from the sun.

Changes in the reflectivity of Earth's atmosphere and surface. And Changes in the greenhouse effect, which affects the amount of heat retained by Earth's atmosphere.
