Answer:

The English government had been very abusive towards the colonist who installed a new government that could function similar to the monarchy below king George. Many states wrote their own constitution and the constitutions consisted of political ideas that provided freedom for the citizens and state were still printing their own money many states wanted to find common ground to corporate with each other when the states come together and elect political officials. The article of confederation gave states the power of the government which could be a pro and a con  that made the government weaker

Many people today talk about strengths with the article of confederation and because of the unpopularity of the document it soon became. Congress had the power to declare war, sign treaties and entertain foreign relations and many discussions between states. Territorial problems between other states brought to be Congress they also offered Canada union. Many businessmen and crop workers were upset with the new system rules and with strong government there is stronge laws.

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 got rid of the quota system for immigrants coming into the US. Before this act, there was only a certain amount of immigrants allowed into the US based on their nation of origin.

With this new act in place, immigration increased rapidly. This was especially true for individuals who were living in countries that were war stricken (like the ones in Southeast Asia). This increase in population probably worried some Americans, as individuals were coming from countries where the US was currently involved in a war (example- Vietnam). However, it really depends on the specific group of people you are studying as all American react differently to laws.
