Informative refers to something which gives more information about another thing. Shaw winning the Nobel Prize is imformative because it informs the reader of the award Shaw received.
I would say topical, The ingredients are organised into sub-categories, like dry ingredients, wet ingredients, etc. Just like you would when organizing something using topical organisation
