The Vietnam would win, US commander in South Vietnam asks more troops, thinks we will win a war of attrition. I do think it was the right decision cause the Vietnam would have won without the interference.

They had many nukes but nobody used them out of fear of what the other one would do since they wouldn't be able to defeat the opponent before he launched his nukes.
