The poses are natural which is quite difficult to master. The artist learned techniques about using mainly straight lines to create their art style. Despite being geometrical, it happens to capture all the features of the beings. The style is unique and intriguing because it's something you wouldn't see often in the art community, it's not so stereotypical.
