As Chief Justice of the United States, John Marshall felt property rights should not be empowered made decisions that reflected
monitta

Answer:

As Chief Justice of the United States, John Marshall felt property rights should not be empowered.

Explanation:

As the longest serving Supreme Court of the United States, Marshall dominated the court for more than three decades and played an important role in the development of the American legal system. The most remarkable thing about this is that, particularly in the famous Marbury v. Madison judgment, he upheld the principle that federal courts are required to exercise the right to review. For example, alleged laws could be disregarded if they violate the Constitution. In this way, Marshall was able to anchor the judiciary in the United States as an independent and influential branch of the state. In addition, the Marshall Supreme Court issued a number of important decisions with regard to federalism. It touched on the balance of power between the federal government and the states during the early years of the nation. In particular, he repeatedly confirmed the supremacy of federal law on state-level laws. He also supported a broad interpretation of the so-called enumerated powers.

Some of his decisions received little support from the general public. Nevertheless, Marshall worked on the development of the third branch of the federal government and strengthened the federal level in the name of the Constitution.

Can someone edit this and add more sentences or edit it.. this is about would u rather be a patriot or loyalist. Also can u add
kenny6666 [7]

Answer

i added a few things and deleted some oh and i added a conclusion

Explanation:

both Loyalists and Patriots fought for a similar thing... equality. I would go for the Patriots. Patriots wanted more than equality, they wanted freedom. They no longer wanted to follow British rules, they wanted a change for good. The Patriots wanted everybody to have a different view on the rules, and all agree upon them

Since I am a woman, in 1775 women did not have all the rights we do now. We were practically forced to stay home was not normalized to join workforce, all because of gender.  Patriots fought for freedom and equality, including gender equality. So that women would have more juties in society other than wash clothes and tend to their husbands and children. I agree that women should be able to make their own choices and as if for everyone. Freedom is needed for the world to thrive. The patriots believed that freedom was an essential part for their revolution.

I believe in fairness, equality, and most of all, being able to have a choice. I have goals in my life, as everyone does. I wouldn't be able to accomplish my goals without the freedom to do so.  The bare necessities. It is unjust that some people would have an upper hand just because of his or her skin color, gender, identification, and financial status. It makes the world unfair and not worth living for. Everyone should be able to enjoy life that the universe has given us.

As a 14 year old girl, life would be hard in 1775, with no freedom, equality, or choice. Many young girls during this time never got the chance to live their lives fully because they were young girls. My financial status isn't at its highest right now, but that is ok, because i know i still have potential. I will be able to work soon and figure out my own problems. Without freedom, equality, and justice, i wouldn't be able to achieve greatness.

In conclusion, I would rather be a patriot so i can keep fighting for my personal greatness I have a lot ahead of me, i can't let a higher being restrict me from crossing my own finish line. I chose freedom., respect, justice. I choose my future.
