Pros of celebrities and sports figures:

They can make you want to look like them which means that you will work out harder.  

They can influence people to stay healthy and eat healthy food and products.

They can influence others to help other people as much as they can.

On the other side there are cons:

They do not look in the picture as they look in the real world so people should not tend to look like them.

They are not doing everything that they talk about on TV and social media because half of that is marketing and people should no feel bad if they cannot do something like them.
