║This leads them to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia to find the Silence ║Dogood letters.
3. Franklin Institute in Philadelphia

║They find the Silence Dogood letters after paying a schoolboy for the ║letter's key words.
<u>Where does this lead them to next?</u>
║This leads them to the bell tower of Independence Hall, where the Liberty ║Bell once resided.
4. Independence Hall
<u>What object do they find?</u>
║Ben uses the time on the back of a 100$ bill to locate a hidden cache with ║glasses created by Benjamin Franklin, which they use to inspect the back ║of the Declaration for the next clue. They discover a phrase on the back ║of the Declaration of Independence using the Ocular Device, "Heere at ║the Wall".
