We can infer that Saidu was not feeling well. He was probably hurt and in pain and wanted to be attended to.

We know this from the details provided in pages 82 and 83 where Saidu describes how he fell. He was asked how he is doing but stated that he is okay.

He also mentioned that later that day, he looked in the direction of Junior and sorely wanted him to ask if he was fine. This could only mean that he was in pain.
