Answer:

as a tennis athlete, my diet is different things a day... it is madatory to have all 3 meals; breakfest, lunch, and dinner and in between we have some snacks my breakfest has to have grains.. for example i would have eggs and bread and on the side to get more protien maybe some fried sausage without the. grease and 3 or 4 chopped up ones. once i have 3 hours training i have a snack maybe a protein bar.. then after a few hours with school we have lunch lunch always on the side have to have meat or pasta and there is a salad bar on the side where you can always get veggies.. then around after lunch during my break time in school i go to the club to eat some apples or bananas  then in the night for dinner. i have some meat, pasta, soup and lot of things but the acadmey always have something good or healthy
