Name and describe 2 major battles of the indian wars
stiks02 [169]
The 2 major battles of the indian wars are the Sabine Expedition and the First Seminole War.

1st major battles= The Sabine Expedition was an expedition approved by the United States Congress in 1806. It was led by Major General Edmund Pendleton Gaines. It consisted of volunteersprovided by Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee, including militia from Fayetteville in Lincoln County or Athens in McMinn County. Their main goal was to protect the Sabine River, as the boundary between Spanish Texas and Louisiana Territory was undecided.

2nd major battle= first seminole war, conflict between U.S. armed forces and the seminole Indians of Florida that is generally dated to 1817 through 1818. It began over attempts by U.S. authorities to recapture runaway black slaves living among seminole bands.

What are some possible problems that might result from the lack of a national court system?
tino4ka555 [31]
There would be no body to interpret laws, there would be a huge flaw in the checks and balance system of the governemt, and there would be issues in there being no difference in those who catch criminals and those who judge guilt (IE no one would decide if the guilty party was rightfully arrested, etc)
