Question

Think about a time when you were a member of a team. It could be a sports team, a school project team, a volunteer committee, or some other time you worked with a group to achieve a goal.
what would you do differently if you could go back in time? How would you be a better team member? What contributions would you make now that you were unwilling or unable to make then? What team role(s) would you fill?

Just make up a story. but you can use the following as an example.
i was in the school's softball team last time. i was one of the better players. if i could go back in time, i would give advice to the less skilled players on how to improve their softball skills. i didnt care too much about the other players and thus did not help them out last time. i would be a team leader who lead the team and helped them when they needed help.
