Think about a time when you were a member of a team. It could be a sports team, a school project team, a volunteer committee, or

some other time you worked with a group to achieve a goal.
what would you do differently if you could go back in time? How would you be a better team member? What contributions would you make now that you were unwilling or unable to make then? What team role(s) would you fill?
(Be sure to provide reasons and examples to support your answer.)

Just make up a story. but you can use the following as an example.
i was in the school's softball team last time. i was one of the better players. if i could go back in time, i would give advice to the less skilled players on how to improve their softball skills. i didnt care too much about the other players and thus did not help them out last time. i would be a team leader who lead the team and helped them when they needed help.
something simple like that would do!! good luck!!

Well you think of a time and what you could do differently is listening to all members. Not shutting down ideas.

In A Lesson Before Dying, Grant's cynical attitude is shaped by the discrimination he faces.
m_a_m_a [10]

The detail that supports this conclusion is:

 • Whites humiliate Grant by keeping him waiting and correcting him when he speaks out.

What is Discrimination?

Discrimination occurs when a person is treated differently because of his race or other factors beyond his control.

Grant resented the monotony in the prison and this was partly because of the humiliation he had to endure over the years from the white. This action made him cynical and irritable.
