If we will perform the DNA (genome) and amino acid sequence (proteome) of the two individuals belonging to the same species, then there are chances that a high percentage of the variability will be observed compared to the proteome sequence.
This could be accounted to the fact that in an organism only twenty-two amino acids are known which are encoded by the nucleotide bases when counted in triplets called codons. The codons are specific to amino acid but more than one codon can code for the same or single amino acid.
This shows that if the DNA sequence varies, the amino acid sequence will not vary to the same extent.
‘Noble gases’ are least reactive as their outer shells are fully filled with electrons. These do need to share their electrons from outer shells with other elements .
