Translation :

When I travel abroad, I am prepared to try the typical dishes.  I like to know the ingredients that are used in other countries.  The cuisine of a country tells us a lot about its geographical areas: for example, if we go to the coast, seafood and fish from that place are used a lot.  In the desert areas of Mexico, on the other hand, meat is used a lot, the lack of beef, chicken meat and the kid that is the typical dish of Monterrey. In this way, eating becomes a delicious and incredible experience.

In the country they show us their zones of geographical (knowledge.) For example, let’s go to the coast, they use a lot of seafood and fish from that place. In the desert zones in mexico, instead, they use a lot of meat, beef, and chicken that they use in Monterrey. In that way the food you eat converts into a delicious incredible experience.
