olasank [31]
One theory of forgetting is the trace decay theory. One theory of remembering is theory of general memory process, this theory explains that the memory explains that the memory consists of the three cognitive processes. The three are an encoding process, a storage process and a retrieval process. The encoding process, it means the process of receiving a sensory input and transforming it into a form, or a code which can be stored. Storage is the process of actually putting coded information into memory. Retrieval is the process of gaining access to the stored, coded information when it is needed!
