1.) Yo estoy
2.) Tú estás
3.) Él o ella o Usted está
4.) Nosotras o nosotros estamos
5.) Ustedes, vosotros/vosotras estáis
6.) Ustedes, ellas, ellos estan
Make sure you don’t “double conjugate”. If u have conjugated a verb, then you can just use ser/estar. if not conjugated yet, use es/esta.
