Explanation:

Germany was coming off losing world war 1 and had to pay heavy money for the war damage. The economic state of Germany was horrible. Hitler believed jews living in Germany were the root of this because Hitler believed Jews weren't patriotic enough and didn't deserved to live in Germany. He also believed  jews were the reason why Germany lost the war. This encouraged strong hatred for jews around germany, thus leading to the rise of Nazi party.
