Answer:

The government is too big. The method proposing and passing  laws is ok since it does not go against nor infringe on peoples rights and the U.S Constitution.

Explanation: However, the government is too big, even though this may seem to have nothing to do with laws, it really makes it more easy to pass unconstitutional laws. This has happened in the past. The process can really be improved by NOT taking away the filibuster can can help stop some of the unconstitutional laws. This is how it works, the  filibuster is a political procedure where one or more members of Parliament or Congress debate over a proposed piece of legislation to delay or entirely prevent a decision being made on the proposal. It is sometimes referred to as "talking a bill to death" or "talking out a bill" and is characterized as a form of obstruction in a legislature or other decision-making.  Also making the government smaller will help allot. As long as the right people are in office and they do the right thing for the country, and we have a smaller government (This leaves the most of the power to the states).

What are three ways the supreme Cousy can handle a case that has Been appealed to it
krok68 [10]
Original jurisdiction cases are rare, with the Court hearing one or two cases each term. The most common way for a case to reach the Supreme Court is on appeal from a circuit court. A party seeking to appeal a decision of a circuit court can file a petition to the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari.
