However, fire also consumes wood, so to keep it burning more wood is required just like knowledge shows a person that although he knows many things there are a lot more things the he does not know (lack of knowledge) and that new knowledge will light the way of humanity and make it grow. A great way to get to know your characters is to ask questions about them and answer as honestly as possible from their perspective. That’s why I’ve learned . Use as many or as few as you want and get to know your characters more closely. Use the questions as you would in an interview.
As a leader you have to be clear to your group members, give them specific commands. If a team leader doesn’t speak clearly how is that going to effect the team..
