Well, herbivores are classified as first-level consumers in this case, and receive their energy from primary (first-level) producers. After first-level consumers, second-level consumers are the next ones to receive the energy, such as a snake. These send-level consumers eat the herbivores.

Most obviously is this the case with the world´s most famous North American style: jazz
