He led the Texan Army to victory at the Battle of San Jacinto, the battle in Texas's war for independence against the Mexican army. I don't think it was women because woman were not allowed to vote until 1920 and the question is asking for 1925. white man were allowed to vote their whole life. African american males were not allowed to vote until the 1870s i think so we can cross all three of those out and we are left with 18 year old's. So I think the answer is C 18 year old's.
