To increase pride in myself I make sure everyone knows that I am adopted. Me being adopted means I was chosen. I was chosen to be loved, and looked after. I am very prideful about my adoption. Some people make fun of me when I tell them, but their laughter doesn't really hurt me. I am not ashamed to be adopted and I never will be.
