The higher the solute concentration the higher is the density of the solution. Hence, water with high salinity will have high density.
Hot water has energized atoms and molecules which increase fluidity of water as viscosity is reduced. On the other hand cold water has high viscosity and hence it is denser than hot water.
Thus, Water having high salinity and low temperature will be more dense.
