I think document 2 I think this because The ruler is calm and peaceful. People are living everyday lives, in harmony and free of

desire. On the other side Document, 3 is also something you should have when you are a leader I think this because if people are not doing what there supposed to and you have to put your foot down. So both documents were good, This is why I think they should rule this way. How do you think they should rule?
