Answer: B

Explanation: B because why would someone say "Oh, indeed! I'm highly honored!" to make someone laugh, it just doesn't make any sense and why would you eggsaderate to a doctor it just doesn't make any sense, and last but not least saying "Oh, indeed! I'm highly honored!" and not being sincere is not logical. I hope i answerd right because if i didn't i'm so sorry.
