Answer:

1.Not only man but also woman ought to come forward to take vaccines, shouldn't they?

2.Little babies have little dream, haven't they?

3.The jury gave its verdict today, didn't he?

4. John and his brothers used to do it, didn't they?

5.Strong will defeated his frustration, didn't it?

6.Long live our motherland, doesn't it?

7.Fish in the pond, doesn't it?

Explanation:

In English it is common to end sentences with another short phrase, with the opposite sign, which is intended to ask for the opinion or seek the approval of the interlocutor: these are called question tags.

To form this short question we will use the auxiliary of the main phrase and its subject but with the opposite sign. If it had no auxiliary then we would use the auxiliary "to do".

If the sentence is affirmative, the question tag is negative and vice versa.

In the case of the verb "ought" it is allowed to use the auxiliary "should", as the verb "ought" is not that so used. But in the first sentence, it would be ok to use "oughtn't" too.

How does the essay say meat eaters feel about vegans?
schepotkina [342]

In the essay "A Defense of Veganism" what meat-eaters feel about vegans is option<em> B. Meat eaters think vegans' ideas are "crazy" and  "horrific". </em>The author writes about a protest that was held by vegans outside a restaurant bearing a giant sign with the word "murder" in it. The owner of the restaurant answered by butchering and eating a deer leg at a table in front of the window. When the protest became viral vegans were called all sorts of names like "zombie-eyed", "mean from hunger and envy", and "zealous plant-eaters". People who claim the importance of meat for human survival call the activists aggressive and mentally wrong because of the lack of meat. Among the vegan movement, there are some militants who are considered crazy by the meat eaters and they cannot they cannot bear to think of a diet without meat or dairy products.

Imagine that the value of the US dollar remains high compared to the Canadian dollar for many months. What effect will this most
ASHA 777 [7]

Answer:

The correct answer is:

It will decrease US exports to Canada (A)

Explanation:

when the value of a currency increases in relation to another, it means the people in the country with the lower valued currency will pay more in exchange for the other currency. This affects imports and exports also. Let me use the example below to explain this scenario:

if the exchange rate for 1 US dollars to Canadian dollars is 2, this means that every US dollar is equivalent to 2 Canadian dollars. If there is a trade on electronic equipment between a Canadian and a US  entrepreneur, at an exchange rate of 2, and say one of the equipment costs 10 US dollars, the Canadian will have to pay 20 Canadian dollars (10 × 2) for each of the items. If the value of the US dollar increases to 5 US dollars for every Canadian dollar, and the cost of the equipment remains the same, the Canadian will now spend 50 Canadian dollars (10 × 5) for a piece of the same equipment. This will make the Canadian seek cheaper alternatives, hence the rate of export from the US will reduce because the Canadian buyers will for cheaper alternatives.
