You can state the qurstion in an other way
how many integers between 1-100 has 3 in their prime compostion or how many many numbers can be written as 3*a where a is any number
the multiplication table of 3 shows that 3*33=99
which means that highest product below 100 is 3*33
so there are 33 numbers that are divisible by three

I think I can give you the answer, but I don't think I can explain it very well.
It looks like you are starting out at 2 and progressing to 3. The problem is that the answer has a minus sign after the two.
What I am assuming is that you know what a minus number is and what you do when 2 of them are in a row. If you do, then you should write
2 - -1 = 3
The first box contains -1 and the second box contains 3.
I think the answer is B because to prove that a parallelogram is a parallelogram is well.. if the sides are parallel
