Personally I think it all depends on the family, if the family allows it, it is no one elses fault but theirs if something happens to that child. If a child drinks without a parent knowing, it isn't the parents fault, but the kids. And what are you going to do if you get caught drinking? Try to make them spit it out? Take back what already happened? That's the thing, you can't. What is done is done.
